MEGASTRUCTURE is a jigsaw puzzle, a performative dance duo whose pieces are constantly being dismantled, researched, tested and reinvented. Co-creators and performers Sarah Baltzinger and Isaiah Wilson draw on their bodies, in constant cohabitation, to deconstruct the traditional format of theatre and dance. What does the audience expect from a performance? What does it take to create? With no music or other distractions, MEGASTRUCTURE is both an immersive experience and a captivating performance.

A Taranto is a palo (form) of flamenco originally from the mining area of Almería. It’s a primitive song, simple, dry, without guitar, which was born from the need to sing independently. By taking a random approach, the dancer and singer embrace irreverent gestures and humour emerges.
