The Days features two performers, Maria Nurmela and Ville Oinonen, in a sensitive exploration of connection, cohabitation, and the ongoing negotiation between two individuals. Through a movement-based writing that is renewed with every performance, the piece questions our
human relationships, our desire for connection, and the balances of power involved. On stage, the two professional dancers are joined by two participants aged 55 and over offering a human and intergenerational dimension. Deeply poetic and accessible, The Days reminds us that contemporary dance belongs to everyone, at every age.
