The Centre National de la Danse brings together under one roof a very broad spectrum of professional activity, from training dancers to providing artistic and logistical support for their careers, while at the same time reaching out to the widest possible audience. The Lyon branch offers support for creative projects as well as an “artists in experimentation” scheme for artistic teams, giving them time to research, experiment, create and present their work in the studio to local professionals.

A new project was born between the CN D in Lyon and TROIS C-L in 2021 !

While Luxembourgish artists Léa Tirabasso and Simone Mousset spent a one-week experimental residency at the CN D in Lyon in 2021 and 2022, TROIS C-L hosted in 2022 French artist Marie Gourdain for a residency period and a work-in-progress during 3 du TROIS.

In 2023, TROIS C-L will host choreographer Alexandre Goyer / Second Cast company, while William Cardoso will spend a residency period in Lyon.

In 2024, William Cardoso goes again to Lyon in the context of the new Expedition programme in collaboration with Kultur  | lx, while the Ma’ company, supported by CN D, will come to TROIS C-L for a residency period and a participation in our 3 du TROIS.
