Since its creation in 2016, TalentLAB has existed with the intention of encouraging contemporary, new and interdisciplinary stage creation, and supporting the process of artistic research. It is above all a laboratory, a platform for communication and exchange where discussion, transmission and discovery are privileged. One of the pillars of the festival is its interdisciplinary nature.

The teams selected have the chance to interact with the other participants and develop their work with the help of experienced artists, who can offer advice and a keen eye. Experts recruited from among long-standing international collaborators have been specifically chosen for this support role.

TalentLAB encourages dialogue between the artists and the general public. After the creative research work, the project leaders and their teams shared the results with an audience in presentations lasting around twenty minutes. These original performances are in addition to the workshops, master classes, round tables and high-profile encounters that make up the TalentLAB – and are not to be missed.

TROIS C-L hosts a special TalentLAB evening every year on the 3rd of June.
