Immersed in the hippie universe of the 1960s and 1970s, five dancers and a musician explore different forms of “still journeys” as an invitation to wander.
Some journeys are about discovery or adventure, expressing a desire to surrender to the unexpected and encounters. Others are more spiritual, such as inner explorations. If motivations are multiple, they all reveal a questioning of everyday life. Because to wander is above all asserting our need for freedom and for breaking free from routine by becoming a master of our own time.
Choreographed by Jennifer Gohier and Grégory Beaumont, TRIP takes us on multiple sedentary wandering, offering us to let go, to reveal ourselves without running all around the world…
