Born in the block parties of the Bronx, breaking is hip-hop’s first dance: you learn the foundation to then create your own moves. Led by Crazy Smooth, founder of the Canadian company Bboyizm, the workshop explores its fundamentals, from Top Rock to power moves, before inviting each participant to find their own style, their own signature. “Dance to express, not to impress” – Bboyizm’s whole philosophy is right there.
