As part of a collaboration between TROIS C-L | Maison pour la danse and les Théâtres de la Ville de Luxembourg, a GUEST MOVERS workshop is offered with the Ballet national de Marseille / (LA)HORDE!!

Reflecting the digital practices that have become integral to the contemporary choreographic landscape, viral challenges on TikTok have sparked immediate fascination and redefined the way aesthetics movements and choreographic cultures spread. These platforms have opened up a new space where influences intersect and transform. In the digital age these virtual spaces do more than simply circulate movement, they reinvent collective dance as an ethereal and fragmented experience. On stage these fragments of movement enter into dialogue with the choreographic space: jazz dance and musical theatre intertwine to create a fluid and harmonious synergy reimagining the notion of the collective. The workshop will be led by Isaïa Badaoui from the Ballet national de Marseille.

Isaïa Badaoui
Originally from Marseille, Isaïa fell in love with dance at the age of 3, in a small dance association in the Panier neighborhood. She quickly joined the Massilia Force group, led by Karim Dehdouh, and then danced for Kamel Ouali with the Disney Channel Talent program in Paris. Her curiosity then led her to the Jeune Ballet Urbain de Marseille / Ballet de Danse Physique Contemporaine, directed by David Llari, before joining the National School of Dance of Marseille in 2017. In 2020, she became an apprentice dancer at the Ballet National de Marseille.

Two years later, she signed her contract as a permanent company dancer, before following the collective (LA)HORDE as assistant choreographer and dancer on the world tour of Madonna (The Celebration Tour) and Sam Smith (Gloria The Tour / Gloria The Return). In May 2025, Isaïa returned to her Marseille life and rejoined the Ballet National de Marseille directed by (LA)Horde as a permanent company dancer.

The first 10 participants to register for the workshop will receive a €5 ticket for the performance Age of Content by (LA)HORDE at the Grand Théâtre on Friday, June 12.
