To start this new year 2025, come and discover the dancer, choreographer and teacher Ravid Abarbanel, who is offering a new professional class.
“MEET THE FLOOR” : A dynamic Floor work class
This class focuses on our body’s relationship with the ground, as the basis of movement. The starting point is to understand that the ground is a partner that we can use to move from more effectively.
The class has a “brick to brick” structure that builds a sequence from beginning to end. Understanding the mechanism of movement will help us maximize our ability to move more freely and with less effort in space.
