For this new professional class, come and discover the work of dancer and choreographer Alessandra La Bella, who will offer a week of classes blending improvisation and ballet.
This class is open to both classical and contemporary dancers!
IMPROVISATION FOCUS
The main goal of Alessandra’s improvisation class is to explore composition in an artistic and physical context.
We will focus on the pathways leading to detachment from form, concentrating on the search for physical and emotional sensations. During the class, we will create a space free from judgment, where we will play with different tasks and concepts while maintaining an open dialogue between the body, mind, and heart.
BALLET FOCUS
In the ballet class, we will do one thing, and one thing only: MOVE! Through exciting combinations, the goal will be to focus on technique, musicality, footwork, and the beauty of the upper body. The secret is to stay curious!
