Le Labo – Chorégraphique #1 is a new training programme created by Pôle Création Chorégraphique Fondation de Royaumont. This three-week training course is aimed for 12 choreographers who wish to question and nourish their career as choreographic artists.

It is composed of theoretical and practical approaches and takes various forms such as experimental workshops, creation phases, seminars, meetings, conferences and role-playing for example. The goal is to question one’s posture as a choreographer, to enrich choreographic culture and to expand one’s skills and knowledge in the face of the changing context of the choreographic profession.

TROIS C-L has joined the foundation Royaumont to support the participation of one choreographer from Luxembourg. Giovanni Zazzera was chosen to participate in this training, which took place from 15 February to 7 March, 2021. Choreographers Elisabeth Schilling and Sarah Baltzinger, supported by TROIS C-L, also took part in this training.
