The Angular Distance of a Celestial Body wants to shake up and reformulate the concept of the two-dimensional map. By moving towards the specificity of the stage space, the performative action replaces the body as the concrete sign of a map in an attempt to critically re-appropriate the complexity of the world and to claim the impossibility of its reduction.
The score gives rhythm to the movement resulting from a subtle listening that goes back and forth between two bodies without identity, they reflect each other but are never the same: their disguises refer to a metaphorical, fragmented carnival that calls for an implicit deconstruction of the established order of things.
