16 + MOVERS/ OPEN MOVERS are dance workshops open to everyone aged 16 and over. Each workshop is supervised by a different choreographer, enabling participants to discover a variety of dance styles, express themselves freely and develop their own body language, whether they’re enthusiasts looking to perfect their technique or beginners curious to experiment with movement for the first time. Everyone is welcome!
Collectif HEDO hopes to bring together people of all generations who have experienced departure in one way or another, to create a creative space of trust where participants can express their own experiences of departure and the feelings they echo through bodily expression. In practice, we’ll discuss the testimonies shared and move through them in different states of the body and improvisation. The aim of these workshops, conceived as a space for meeting, talking and expressing, is to enable a danced experience of leaving, in the deepest part of oneself and as close as possible to the other, in complete trust.
These participatory workshops are directly linked to their forthcoming choreographic piece Douslèt, presented as a work-in-progress at the 3 du TROIS in December.
